An expandable floating hanger system that can be adapted to different spaces and accommodate for any ceiling height. The rope is fixed to the ‘stick’ and fed through a pulley on the ceiling and brought back down and attached to itself again. The height from the floor is a constant due to the bungee rope, attached in one end to the concrete base and in the other to the stick.
