LUSTER / BARN CONVERSION
A small barn conversion in Luster on the West coast of Norway. The project transforms the barn to a summer 'lounge' featuring a kitchen/ worktop area, a mezzanine level for guest accommodation and storage, a wood burning stove and custom built dining table and benches. The South facing wall was restructured to feature a large sliding door opening up to the fantastic views on site.
The plan was to use the excisting shell of the barn and create a new house inside the shell whilst opening up the 'main' room to a large dining/ entertaining space.
